This is what you get for $25 million. kateheffernan: I made the mistake of looking at apartment listings this evening (my mom is thinking about getting a place in the city). This happens to me a lot when looking at real estate: I start out really reasonable but then I quickly get totally out of control. Here’s my latest obsession: it’s a 7,000 SF Triplex in a 1914 landmark Clock Tower building in dumbo with a private roof deck. 25Mil. No biggy. I don’t actually have 25Mil on hand right now so I’m going to give you all the link in hopes that someone I know will buy it so I can rent a room. Dream Home.
